With the Formula 2 and Formula 3 season openers right around the corner, we invited two key players onto the F1 Feeder Series Podcast. Commentator Alex Jacques is the Voice of F2 (and, until recently, F3) and FRAC vice-champion Pepe Marti is one of the most promising (and perhaps youngest) FIA Formula 3 drivers on the scene. We talk about their expectations for 2022, safety in motorsport and our guests have an array of amazing anecdotes.

If you haven’t heard Alex Jacques’s voice, you failed the test and haven’t ever watched Formula 2, Formula 3 or W Series. Or Formula 1, because the commentator has made his way up to the pinnacle of motorsport with his voice. On the podcast he recalls his weirdest moment in the comms box, his expectations for the season and commentating on Spa 2019.
Pepe Marti stormed onto the junior single-seater scene just a year ago when he made his debut in F4 UAE. He quickly went on to do Spanish F4 where he finished third in the championship. As preparation for his first season in FIA F3, the Spaniard took part in FRAC, something he only learned about three weeks prior to the season start. But he surprised everyone by putting in an amazingly consistent display to finish runner-up. He will make his F3 debut with Campos this weekend at only 16 years of age.
This is the insightful, funny and (at a certain time) heartbreaking podcast we did with them.
