Where to watch every feeder series in 2024

This is your complete guide of where to catch all the action from every junior single-seater series this season!

Motorsport in 2024 is in full swing, and here at Feeder Series, we want to provide current and soon-to-be fans of junior single-seater motorsport with a comprehensive guide of where you can catch both live streams and live timing for all of your favourite series.

Information presented here is for English-language coverage. Coverage broadcast in other languages will be noted.

Europe

Formula 2

The 2024 Formula 2 season kicked off in Bahrain on 29 February and will conclude in Abu Dhabi on 8 December. Read our season guide for more information on the final step on the ladder before Formula 1.

Coverage of F2 is dependent on your region. This page on the F2 website outlines which network will broadcast sessions in each country. Some countries and territories also have coverage available on F1 TV, as outlined here.

Formula 3

Formula 3, the third tier on the F1 package, has an unchanged calendar for its 2024 season compared to the 2023 schedule. Ten rounds and a total of 20 races feature, beginning in Bahrain alongside F1 and F2 ending in front of the tifosi at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza on 1 September. Coverage of F3 is dependent on your region. This page on the F3 website outlines which network will broadcast sessions in each country. Some countries and territories also have coverage available on F1 TV, as outlined here. Chris McCarthy, Feeder Series’ Transfer Weekly host, is the series’ official commentator.

Formula Regional Europe

Formula Regional Europe, colloquially known as FRECA, began its 10-round European season at the Hockenheimring on 11 May. The curtain will fall on the season at Monza on October 27. Read our season guide for all the information you need about FR Europe in 2024.

Live streaming

All races and qualifying sessions are broadcast on the championship’s official YouTube channel. Feeder Series’ McCarthy commentates on seven of the 10 rounds.

Live timings for every session can be accessed through the FR Europe website and social media channels. The exact platform varies by round.

Euroformula Open

Euroformula Open started its 2024 campaign on 27 April at the Algarve International Circuit. The season consists of eight rounds, each with three races, finishing up at Monza on 20 October. Check out our 2024 season guide for all the details you need.

Viewers worldwide can tune into races from the championship’s official YouTube channel. Local viewing options are also available on the Euroformula Open website.

Eurocup-3

Eurocup-3 began its second season 19 April at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The Spain-based series will visit a total of five international circuits in 2024, up from four the previous year. As with last season, the calendar consists of eight rounds, each featuring two races. Read ourEurocup-3 season guide for more information on the championship.

All races are streamed live on Eurocup-3’s YouTube channel. Streams of practice and qualifying sessions are not available.

Live timing can be found on each individual circuit’s timing page on getraceresults.com or through the Al Kamel Systems website.

GB3

The new GB3 season kicked off at Oulton Park International on 30 March and will conclude at Brands Hatch 29 September after eight rounds. This year’s calendar features a third race in mainland Europe. That new round, held at the Hungaroring this weekend, replaces Snetterton, which does not feature on the calendar for the first time since 2014, when the championship was known as BRDC Formula 4. GB4

Just like parent series GB3, GB4 kicked off its season at Oulton Park on Easter weekend and will hold its finale at Brands Hatch on the final weekend of September. But whilst GB3 flies off to mainland Europe, GB4’s seven rounds take place entirely in the UK, with three races at each circuit. Just as in 2023, all three races from each round of the 2024 GB4 season will be streamed live on MSV TV’s YouTube channel. Pre-weekend test sessions and qualifying will not be streamed live.

F1 Academy

This year, all seven rounds of the F1 Academy season will feature on the support bill for Formula 1, starting at Jeddah on 7 March and finishing in Abu Dhabi on 8 December. Only two circuits from 2023 return to the calendar in 2024, and drivers will race around both permanent racetracks and, for the first time, temporary street circuits. Joining the F1 support bill for 2024 means that all F1 Academy weekends will be broadcast on F1 TV as well as the country-specific broadcasters outlined on the F1 Academy website. Fans from all regions can watch qualifying and the races from all seven rounds on F1 Academy’s YouTube and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.

British F4

For the first time in its history, British F4 will be going international as the series heads to the shores of the North Sea for its sixth round at Zandvoort. Of the 10 rounds in 2024, eight take place as part of the support bill for the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). The 2024 season began 27 April at Donington Park, and the curtains will be brought down at Brands Hatch on 6 October. Read our season guide for all the information you need.

Because British F4 is on the BTCC support bill, races are shown live on British channel ITV4. Highlights are also made available on the British F4 YouTube channel, and live audio commentary can be found on the British F4 website. There is no international feed.

Italian F4

Perhaps the most competitive F4 series, Italian F4 features a seven-round calendar, which includes two rounds held outside of the championship’s home country. The 2024 season began 3 May at Misano and will conclude on the final weekend of October at Monza alongside FR Europe. Our season guide has all the information you need about the series.

Italian F4 remains easily accessible worldwide for 2024. All races are available live on the series’ YouTube and Facebook pages as well as on ACI Sport TV. Practice and qualifying sessions can only be followed via live timing.

Euro 4

Euro 4, a spin-off of Italian F4 organised by the same promoter, is set to begin its season at Mugello 24 August, according to the series’ provisional calendar. Subject to any changes or additions, the season finale will take place at Monza on the first weekend of October. Feeder Series’ season guide will be released in the days ahead of the first round.

Last season, races were streamed live on the Italian F4 and Euro 4 YouTube channel as well as on ACI Sport TV. This is expected to remain the same for 2024. As in Italian F4, practice and qualifying sessions are likely to be available only via live timing.

Spanish F4

Spanish F4 heads into its ninth season and will feature a calendar of seven rounds, each consisting of three races. The action began 10 May at the Circuito del Jarama, with the season finale taking place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from 8-10 November. Check out our season guide for more information.

Every race will be streamed on the Spanish F4 YouTube channel. No streams of practice or qualifying will be available.

French F4

French F4’s 32nd season got underway 30 March at Nogaro for the annual Coupe de Pâques and will conclude 6 October at Le Castellet. The series has a seven-round calendar, with each round featuring three races. You can read more about the 2024 French F4 season in our season guide.

Where can I watch?

Live streaming

As in 2023, all races will be streamed on the FFSA TV YouTube channel and the FFSA Academy Facebook, with commentary in French. Broadcasts are usually organized by the Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO), promoter of the GT World Challenge and FFSA GT4 series. The first race of the weekend will not be streamed if SRO has yet to activate the streaming and camera systems by the time the race begins.

Nordic 4

Nordic 4, formerly known as Danish F4, boasts its largest field of participants since the series’ first season in 2017. The season got underway on the final weekend of April at Padborg Park and features seven rounds, five in Denmark and two in Sweden. The season finale will take place on the final weekend of September at Jyllandsringen. You can read more about the championship in our season guide.

F4 CEZ

The second season of F4 CEZ, and the first full season since its name changed from ACCR Czech Formula last May, began on the final weekend of April at Balaton Park. The 2024 season will feature three races at all six rounds, ending with the Salzburgring on 21 and 22 September. Read our season guide for more information.

Race summaries can be viewed on television in some countries in Europe via Eurosport. You can also watch every race live on the official YouTube channel of the ESET Cup Series, which oversees several championships that run concurrently with F4 CEZ. Feeder Series’ F3 co-editor Daniele Spadi has provided commentary for selected rounds.

Formula Nordic

The six-round 2024 season of Formula Nordic began on the first weekend of May at Anderstorp Raceway and will finish on the final weekend of September alongside Nordic 4 at Jyllandsringen. The collaboration with the Nordic 4 Championship on three race weekends will see a change in race format, with shared rounds getting three races and standalone events only two. Some races are streamed on the Formula Nordic YouTube channel. They are commentated in Swedish. Further details about live streams are also announced by the respective race circuits.

Asia

Super Formula

The 2024 Super Formula season kicked off a whole month earlier than in 2023, with the season opener at Suzuka taking place from 8 to 10 March. The championship will return to Suzuka from 8 to 10 November for the final two rounds of the nine-round season. Super Formula is broadcast internationally on Motorsport.tv for a monthly or yearly subscription fee. If you are living in Canada, you can access Super Formula on REV TV. In Japan, it will be broadcast on the J Sports TV channels.

Super Formula Lights

Super Formula Lights kicked off its 2024 season at the Autopolis International Racing Course on 17 May and is set to conclude at Suzuka on 10 November alongside parent series Super Formula. The series plans on hosting a six-round calendar this year, though the # round is yet to be officially announced but is expected to take place at Motegi. All races will be live streamed on the series’ official YouTube channel. Commentary is in Japanese.

Formula Regional Japan

Formula Regional Japan began 2024 with a three-race round at Suzuka on 9-10 March and will feature a second three-race round in the third event of the season at Okayama International Circuit. The season finale will take place at Fuji Speedway on 13 October. Our season guide has all the information you need about the championship.

FR Japan streams all qualifying sessions and races on its YouTube channel. Commentary is in Japanese.

Live timing will be available on the race tracks’ own timing platforms.

Japanese F4

Japanese F4 launched its second-generation chassis, labelled the MCS4-24, for the 2024 season, which began at Fuji Speedway on the first weekend of May. The season will feature seven rounds and will come to a close at Motegi on 3 November. Check out our season guide for more information.

Practice and qualifying sessions won’t be broadcast by Japanese F4, but all races will be livestreamed and free to watch on the Japanese F4 YouTube. Commentary is in Japanese.

Live timing will be available on the racetracks’ own timing platforms.

Chinese F4

Chinese F4 will feature five rounds in 2024, starting at Shanghai alongside F1’s Chinese Grand Prix on 19 April and concluding at Zhuhai on 20 October. Each round will feature four races except for the season opener, which only had two. Read our season guide for more information about the championship.

Chinese F4 races will be livestreamed on the series’ official Weibo account, which will be easier to access for viewers outside of China. Commentary is in Mandarin. Chinese F4 live streams are also available on the Chinese version of Bilibili, Penguin Sport and Youku. Within China, you can watch the series on CCTV-5, the China Central Television’s sport channel. You can also keep up to date with results on the Chinese F4 Instagram page.

Live timing is available on timing.orbits.cn. Information is displayed mostly in Mandarin.

Indian F4

The 2024 Indian F4 season has been confirmed to start with pre-season testing on 21 and 22 August. The first round will take place 24–25 August, but a venue has not yet been announced. Follow the Feeder Series X account for the latest updates on the series, including when the full calendar is released, as well as the Indian F4 Instagram account.

Oceania

Australia Formula Open

Australian Formula Open began its 2024 season from 10 to 11 February at Sandown Raceway. It features a calendar of seven rounds across six circuits, with two trips to Sydney Motorsport Park. The season finale will take place at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on 24 November. The season guide is accessible here.

Every race is streamed live on the Blend Line TV YouTube channel. Selected rounds are also streamed on the Seven Network.

Live timing can be found via Natsoft for every round of the 2024 season.

Australian F4

The 2024 Australian F4 season started the first weekend of May and will conclude 8 September at Sepang. Check out our season guide for more information on the championship, which returned this year after a four-year hiatus.

Americas

Formula Regional Americas

The seventh season of Formula Regional Americas will feature seven rounds, up from the six seen in 2023. NOLA Motorsports Park in Louisiana hosted the season-opening round 11–14 April, and the Circuit of The Americas will be the venue of the final round from 31 October to 3 November. F4 US

The 2024 F4 US season began with a round at Road America from 16 to 19 May after the cancellation of the first round. The five-round season will conclude alongside the Formula Regional Americas championship at the Circuit of the Americas from 31 October to 3 November. Ligier JS F4

The new Ligier JS F4 series kicked off its season at NOLA Motorsports Park from 11 to 14 April and has a five-round calendar culminating in a round at the Circuit of the Americas from 31 October to 3 November. Find out more about the Ligier JS F4 championship in our season guide.

Indy NXT

The 2024 Indy NXT season has a calendar of 14 rounds, some of which contain two races and others one. It began on the Streets of St. Petersburg on 10 March. All of the oval races on the schedule – Iowa, Gateway, Milwaukee and Nashville – take place in the last five rounds of the season, with Nashville closing out the campaign on 15 September. In the United States, Indy NXT broadcasts are part of the NBC Peacock subscriber package. In most of Europe and elsewhere, Indy NXT will be streamed via IndyCar Live. Sky broadcasts races in the UK.

USF Pro 2000

The rapidly growing USF Pro 2000 began its new season in St. Petersburg alongside IndyCar and Indy NXT. The season spans 18 races across mostly two-race rounds, with the final two races ending the season at Portland International Raceway on the weekend of 24 and 25 August. USF2000

The schedule for the 2024 USF2000 season matches that of USF Pro 2000 and has largely undergone the same changes as its parent series relative to 2023. The season began with a double-header in St. Petersburg and will culminate in a triple-header at Portland. Give our season guide a read for all the information you need about this season.

USF Juniors

USF Juniors enters its third season in 2024 with a large and competitive grid following the introduction of a new car in rival series F4 US. The USF Juniors season, which features six rounds of two or three races each. kicked off on 6 April at NOLA Motorsports Park and will conclude in Portland alongside the other USF Pro Championships series. F4 NACAM

The 2024 season of F4 NACAM is due to start 12 July and end on 14 December. Feeder Series will be releasing our season guide in the days before the season begins, so stay tuned!

Where can I watch?

Live streaming

There is yet to be confirmation of where this season will be streamed. Last season, NACAM F4 was streamed on the Notiauto Racing YouTube channel. Commentary is in Spanish. Further information will be posted on the eye on the NACAM F4 website for further information.

Last season, live timing was available on Race Monitor.

Brazilian F4

After delivering what most championships couldn’t do last year by having a title fight that went until the last round, poles and podium finishes taken by female drivers and nine different race winners, Brazilian F4 promises more of the same in 2024. The season began at Autódromo Velocitta on 22 March and has a calendar consisting of eight rounds of three races each, ending at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace on 15 December. The season will be broadcast on the Brazilian F4 and High Speed TV YouTube channels. Commentary is in Portuguese. Bandsports will also air the championship, but access to this channel is restricted to local viewers in Brazil and requires a subscription.

Winter series
