Interested in covering the F1 stars of the future? We are looking for talent in 2025. If you want to join the Feeder Series team, this page is for you!
Please note that all roles at Feeder Series are done on a volunteer basis. While this means we can’t pay you, we offer you access to a wide network in motorsport and valuable real-life experience in journalism at a respected news outlet. As a feeder platform of sorts ourselves, we also want to hone your skills so that you can excel in professional journalism and media roles in and outside of the motorsport industry.
Interested in one or more of the roles below? Email us at editorial@feederseries.net and tell us why you’d be the perfect addition to our team! Though not required, we encourage you to send us a CV, work samples and/or your favourite feeder series moments so we can get to know you better. Please also contact this email address if you have queries regarding any open positions.
Americas editor
Feeder Series is looking for its next Americas editor!
You might think of IndyCar and its support series when you think of American open-wheel racing, but there are several other series in North and South America that have produced top talent of their own.
FR Americas and F4 US are the American answer to the FIA’s junior series pyramid, while support series Ligier Junior Formula Championship offers youngsters a way into open-wheelers at a fraction of the cost of the FIA-sanctioned series. NACAM F4 and Brazilian F4, meanwhile, provide an entry point into single-seaters in Mexico and Brazil, from where drivers can head to regional and international competition.
As our next Americas editor, you’ll become an expert in anywhere from two to five of these series while honing your skills as a reporter across multiple platforms.
On the editorial side, you’ll produce regular coverage of these championships through interviews, analyses, previews and weekend reports. On the social media side, you’ll verify and post results, driver announcements, major news and other developments of note as soon as they occur. You’ll also have the chance to attend and cover races from the paddock, availability permitting.
It’s a big responsibility, but there’s no better way to learn the ropes of motorsport journalism in a multi-platform setting.
Here’s what we’re seeking in an ideal candidate:
- You have a keen news sense and exceptional attention to detail
- You know your way around junior single-seaters and want to dive even deeper
- You can write and communicate clearly and precisely in English
- You’re a team player who feels a sense of responsibility to keep our audience engaged
- You maintain a respectful, impartial tone in your reporting for our website and on social media
- You have consistent availability on race weekends
Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 or older to be considered. Those based fully or partially in the Americas are especially encouraged to apply. For candidates interested in NACAM F4 and Brazilian F4, proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
Average time commitment: Roughly two hours per week per series, with availability on race weekends required.
Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
What to submit: Email us at editorial@feederseries.net and tell us why you’d be the perfect Americas editor for us! Though not required, we encourage you to send us a CV, work samples and/or your favo(u)rite North American junior series moments so we can get to know you better. Note that applicants must indicate their choice of one of three options for what they wish to cover: 1) FR Americas, F4 US and LJFC together; 2) NACAM F4 and Brazil F4 together; 3) all five series.
Social media manager
As a volunteer-led social-first outlet, we at Feeder Series take our social endeavours seriously! We’re looking for a dedicated social media manager with a passion for junior single-seaters who can take our social game to the next level.

Subeditor / copy editor
Behind every great article on Feeder Series is a skilful subeditor who polishes the prose to perfection. The result? Motorsport reporting that stands out for being clear, complete and compelling.
Our subeditors, or copy editors, don’t just proofread text; they also fact-check information, examine the structure and tone of each article, and deliver insightful feedback grounded in grammatical and style principles. The best subs are teachers at heart.
While no formal editing experience is required, we seek applicants with an exceptional understanding of grammar and the ability to explain complex linguistic concepts clearly and concisely. Candidates familiar with journalistic style and with junior single-seater racing are especially desirable.
Average time commitment: Five hours per week, with availability on weekdays preferred. Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
Photographer
Are you a young or early-career photographer looking to get your work featured in a class-leading motorsport news outlet? We have the perfect opportunity for you!
Feeder Series is looking for volunteer photographers to augment our editorial output, which has reached new heights in 2025. With coverage of more than 30 single-seater series worldwide, Feeder Series hopes to shine a light on the drivers making their way to professional motorsport through both written and visual media.
You must have your own equipment and liability insurance. Please note that we are not looking for photographers for F2, F3 or F1 Academy.
To apply for consideration, send a CV and a portfolio containing at least three photographs in different styles to editorial@feederseries.net. These images need not be related to motorsport but must be high in quality.
Talent
We’re always on the lookout for talented people who share our passion. If you think you have something to offer us, let us know by dropping us an email at editorial@feederseries.net.
Note: Using generative AI in any part of an application to join Feeder Series, including in supplementary materials, will disqualify you from consideration for any roles.
