Campos Racing have completed their F3 line-up with the signing of Alessio Deledda. The Italian competed in Italian F4 last year.

The Italian made his single seater debut last year in Italian F4 with Technorace. He competed in all the races but failed to score a point. He actually started out racing motorbikes.

Lack of experience

Campos Racing president Adrian Campos doesn’t think his lack of experience will hinder him. “It’s a challenge but we strongly expect that it will be productive”, he says on the series official website. “Alessio isn’t extremely experienced in single-seaters but certainly has vast experience in motorsports. Our team will put everything at his disposal to help him and make progress as quickly as possible.”
