Pedro Piquet is back in Formula 3 as he signs with Trident. The Brazilian impressed in GP3 last season.

Last year

Piquet had a good rookie season in GP3, finishing 6th in the championship, taking two wins and four podiums for Trident. Now he is back at the Italian team for a second season.

Teammate

The 20-year old meets a new teammate with Niko Kari. One seat is still available at Trident and is expected to be filled soon.

Confident

Piquet is confident of a good season: “For 2019 I am sure that we have everything we need to do even better and challenge for the title.”
