A four-day test for Formula 4 machinery took place at Imola last week featuring several of the top prospects set to move into the entry-level category, while a handful of drivers and teams appeared at other venues around Europe and Japan in private tests. Feeder Series tells you what we know about who appeared where.

Four days of testing took place at Imola from 18 to 21 November organised for F4 teams by Kateyama. Just 14 cars across two groups were entered into the test on the first two days, with US Racing’s Arjen Kräling (#62) – partnered by Noah Killion (#13) and Oleksandr Savinkov (#17) – leading the way on the first day. Trident’s Lyuboslav Ruykov (#8) – partnered by Dominik Šimek (#5) and Augustus Toniolo (#7) at this test – topped the times on the second day.
Maffi Racing appeared with four cars, driven by Cezary Bień (#21), Igor Polak (#22), Teodor Borenstein (#12) and Sasha Beisemann (#122). Real Racing and Technorace brought one car each, driven by Oskar Galan (#81) and Antonio Errigo (#89). Monster Racing fielded Mathéo Lienard (#4), with the team understood to be preparing for their first season in Italian F4 next year.
Several other teams entered the test on the third and fourth days as 23 cars hit the track across two groups. Prema Racing’s Oleksandr Bondarev (#27) topped the times on both days. The Ukrainian was partnered by Christian Costoya (#01), Alp Aksoy (#10) on day two, Beco Bernoldi (#16), and a surprise in Ginevra Panzeri (#4).
US Racing also appeared on the third and fourth days but fielded different drivers from those they entered on the opening two days. Ary Bansal (#46) came third on the third day, while Ludovico Busso (#29) was third on the fourth day. David Cosma Cristofor (#7) was the team’s final entrant.

R-ace GP brought four cars with a mostly familiar line-up. Tomika Gender (#33), Kenzo Craigie (#34) and Emily Cotty (#42) continued testing with the team, with Alexander Chartier (#32) joining them.
Cram Motorsport appeared with three cars, fielding Faris Organji (#37), Nawin Natiphanon (#39) and Reno Francot (#16) on the third day.
Jenzer Motorsport brought two cars with an all-Swiss line-up of Florentin Hattemer (#25) and Andreas Lo Bue (#26).
AKM Motorsport brought four drivers: Gregorio Prani (#3), Stefano Pedani (#12), Francisco Paredes (#43) and Vittorio Orsini (#99).
PHM Racing brought three cars, driven by Oscar Repetto (#16), Roland Kuklane (#27) and Iacopo Martinese (#46).

Other testing activities
Several other tests took place this week, with GB3, GB4 and British F4 teams most notably testing at Silverstone from 18 to 20 November. The absence of live timing prevented Feeder Series from being able to identify any participants besides those listed below.
Christian Mansell made another public appearance, driving a Dallara 324. Alceu Feldmann Neto and Enzo Yeh are also understood to have tested a Dallara 324. Soon-to-be AIX F3 driver Yevan David was there and was understood to have tested the Dallara F3 2019.
Martin Molnár tested with Rodin Motorsport’s GB3 team. In GB4, Conor Grant and Formula Ford Festival and Walter Hayes Trophy winner Jason Smyth tested with Douglas Motorsport, Liam McNeilly drove for family team Fox Motorsport, Solenn Amrouche tested with Arden Motorsport, and Archie Davies tested with Scorpio Motorsport. British F4’s Fortec Motorsport appeared in the test with Saudi F4 points leader Kit Belofsky.
Fin Green, Joseph Loake and Stefan Bostandjiev were also at Silverstone, though it is unclear what machinery they tested and for which teams.
Over in Japan, various teams from FRegional Japan, Super Formula Lights, Japanese F4, F110 Cup and Super FJ tested at Motegi from 18 to 22 November.
Delightworks Racing tested their line-up of the final round of the season, consisting of Yusuke Mitsui (#3) and Hiyu Yamakoshi (#2). Fellow Super Formula Lights driver Reimei Ito tested with LMcorsa.
Three F4 teams were spotted at Motegi. Dr.Dry Racing Team fielded Rikuto Toyoshima (#87) and Yoshida Kodai (#86), First Garage fielded Rio Shimono (#22) and a second unidentified driver in the #21, and Kageyama Racing tested with 2025 driver Ryusho Nakazato (#15).
Another F4 test took place at Cremona on 18 November. Piotr Orcholski tested with Harp Racing, while Elite Motorsport tested with Matan Achituv and Emmilio Valentino Del Grosso at Oulton Park on 21 November.
Several F4 teams tested at Aragón on 20 and 21 November, including MP Motorsport, who fielded Borys Łyżeń and Richard Mille Young Talent Academy shootout winner Kasper Schormans. Max Mokarem tested with TC Racing. Other drivers and teams could not be definitively identified.
Nogaro hosted another test on 20 and 21 November. Feed Racing brought three cars, driven by five drivers: Maverick McKenna (#1), Kyler Cheezum (#1B), Pablo Riccobono Bello (#2), Yuval Rosen (#2B) and Clara Stiebleichinger (#3).
Winfield fielded Tom Dussol (#21), while Formula Motorsport brought two cars driven by Gabriel Benecchi and Saudi Arabian F4 driver Wojtek Woda.
