Mexican Manuel Cabrera will race the 2019 USF2000 season as he signed a contract with Exclusive Autosport.
Cabrera isn’t new to Exclusive Autosport, as he raced with them in the first half of the 2018 USF2000 season. In the seven races the Mexican drove for the team he had a highest finish of 8th in Road America and he finished in 22nd place in the final standings.
Champion
The 18-year old found his way to the Road to Indy by winning the Formula PanAm series in 2017 and receiving a ticket to the 200.000 Dollar Scholarship Shootout.
Quite tough
Manuel Cabrera is happy with his full-time leap to USF2000 and is confident things will be different this season. “Last year was quite tough for me, but I’m really convinced that this year is going to be different. We are preparing ourselves differently and I hope this will show during our on-track performance.”
